Plaspanel Culinary cutting boards and panels are ideal for restaurants and food processors regardless of cuisine. Plaspanel Culinary cutting boards and panels are made from the highest quality virgin polymer and designed to be bacteria, mold and mildew resistant. The unique combination of the polymer and surface finish is designed not to dull knives.

Plaspanel Culinary cutting boards and panels meet the following food safety standards:

  • National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) All Plaspanel Culinary cutter boards and panels have been certified as meeting NSF Standard 51. For more on the NSF and NSF Standard 51 go to www.nsf.org.

  • Food and Drug Administration (FDA) The polymer used to manufacture Plaspanel Culinary cutter boards and panels meets the FDA standards for materials that come into contact with food, as specified in Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 Item 2.1. Plaspanel Culinary are extremely durable, resistant to acid and staining, and will not splinter, crack, delaminate, rot, swell, or absorb water or odors like traditional materials As with all Plaspanel products, fabrication can be easily carried out using standard woodworking tools and can be cut, routed, drilled, and screwed.

All Plaspanel Color Plus panels are available in a matte finish and in the following standard culinary colors to prevent cross contamination of different food groups.
